Les Pieds dans l'eau is a three bedroom cottage with a further bedroom in the annexe. It is situated on the coast path on the edge of Piriac-sur-mer directly above a small sandy beach with rocks. The bars, restaurants and shops of Piriac are 20 minutes walk. In the other direction, away from Piriac, a number of other sandy beaches are in walking distance.

The accommodation in the main house comprises:

3 double bedrooms each with one double bed

2 shower rooms

2 wc's

TV room (with additional double sofa bed)

Kitchen/ sitting room (with additional sofa bed).

Accommodation in the annex consists of a double bed with shower/wc

Outside there is a terrace overlooking the sea, with barbecue.

Parking for three cars in the (gated) drive

The cottage is fully equipped with luxurious bedlinen, toiletries, garden furniture, barbecue, loungers, wifi, kitchen equipment (including oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine) CD player with bluetooth enabled speaker and Smart TV including Netflix.
